Lying under oath is the foundation of our judicial system, do you not agree?

Frankly, no i cannot agree. Gaining truthfull testimony has always been an important part of our judicial system but not the foundation. Hard physical evidence is the foundation of our judicial system ( You could make better points talking about the blue dress).

But that begs the question of materiality. The lie has to be relevant to the issue for which the person is tried. In the case of the President he is tried upon whether he tried to overthrow the government or take bribes to do his duty. I'm sorry for you, but the case still comes down to did Clinton intend to arouse Monica. There is not even a hint of a statement that our President made regarding overthowing the government or it's institutions.
