it was not classified as sex. I don't think anyone will buy that one. Legally nobody has to buy that except the person making the statement. The judges definition of sex was f**cking. It did not include any other actions that may be considered by you or others as sex. His claims about not being alone with her also didn't wash* It was his claim, according to his grand jury testimony, that since his secretary was outside the door he was not alone. Misleading? YES Perjury DOUBTFULL, Material? NO. He also substituted the word .... yes, he sometimes answered a question other than the one that was asked. It is up to the interrogator to clarify these responses. They did not clarify since they were looking for a reason to say he lied. the guy is in serious need of psychiatric care The guy was in need of a better lawyer. TP
