Frank, I dont know if he would have lied under oath about an affair with this woman or not. I think its very possible, because I do know that (imo) Oracle CEO Ellison is "lying" to the DOJ regarding the msft/Doj stuff, as is Michael Dell. Well they certainly are being AT LEAST as evasive as Clinton. You call that lying so be it.

Well before he married her he was no doubt having "relations" was he not? I think thats a safe assumption.

I think people like you are actually making some kind of moral judgement call regarding this behavior which you dont approve of (even though it is none of your business) and choosing to entrap people like this under the guise of "perjury". Anybody with character involved in an embarrassing interoffice affair is going to lie about it - and if they dont, then imo they are a bit of a weasel. The question then becomes, do you approve of these consentual affairs or not. If you dont, and you want to create a law against it for CEOs and Presidents, then do that. But the objection is that you cloak it as some other issue and continually chant "its not about sex". Puleeeze.
