The activities specified by Lewinsky fell under the definition. Only if they can prove it was done to arouse Miss Lowinski. It's going to be an interesting cross examination to say the least. TP

What to expect I've got to go to bed so I will sumarize what I think will come after the holidays. The House did not fulfill it's Constitutional requirement of passing articles of impeachment and delivering them to the Senate. There is no Senate to deliver them to right now, and by the time there is (Jan 6) it will be a different House, one who's business cannot carry over. This will be the first chance to drop this affair but it all depends on how much Christmas cheer the various members get. Next the new House will have an opportunity to vote to recind the articles. They will almost assuridly wimp out. Next the Senate could dispute the relevancy of delivered articles since the House is a non-continuing body and any business not completed is not retained. This is the second chance to drop the affair, but again it is safer to wimp out. After this starts the trial. Everyone will say they want a short swift trial. This will not fly. Too many people have been poked in the eye. This is our best chance to hear what Monica really has to say about Linda Tripp. Next comes the proposal for Clinton to address a joint session of Congress and cry while singing I have sinned. The most likely scenario. Finally, if the Radicals are intransient Clinton will insist on completion of the trial and aquittal. TP
