Wish you guys had our tax laws on capital gains, we all sell our stock to our broker last thing on the last day of march and buy it back first thing first day of april, This realises our tax loss or gain and gives us no exposure to market movement, the broker simply agrees (for a very small fee) to hold our stock overnight. It's called Bed & Breakfasting. Saves all this fudgy "is it tax loss selling?" that CXI and other stocks seem to suffer from. Have a great Xmas peoples, perhaps santa will bring ACWA something in his stocking, and perhaps they may even spend it where they are supposed to! regards kh
