Art, the congress represents the people. It is their job to uphold the constitution and laws. If you or other Americans don't like the job they do. You have the right to vote them out of office. In the mean time you can write them and voice your displeasure at their acts if you see fit. However, they have every right to determine constitutionally whether a President should be impeached. Funny, the Democrats never cared about polls before when they voted down, term limits, a balanced budget amendment and school choice. I guess those issues are simply not important enough to listen to the polls on. Michael
