It all does seem like a joke, dosn't it? That's why the Senate is talking about only dealing with it part time, so they don't dismiss it in the first five minutes.

Very strange reasoning since in order to prove perjury you have to prove intent.

Webster's defines misleading as To lead astray, toguide into error, to deceive...

Misleading by it's very definition shows intent and the facts dispute his sworn statement.

Perjury? YES.

Material? ABSOLUTELY.
