Reggae,

If you trace back the news and discussion on this thread about 6 moths ago, it was this Ex-CEO who claimed that on'line business is not real, so TMSR even had no interest to make a presentable website to serve its on line customers (he believed that did not existed, anyway).

Now, the major reason to make TMSR price up is Talk N Play, which is an On line -- Internet thingy, so the Ex-CEO would not think it is real, and if he tried to sell his stock, it should be more than logical so I think it is irrelevant. I said it was irrelevant because the Ex-CEO was wrong about Internet business at the first place but I am not sure if the other extreme would be the right choice (A Talk N Play which is not TMSR's own product and which itself is not unique, why it can bring a fortune to TMSR?).

Your points about the relevance of EX-CEO's selling stock are well taken.
