not quite jane. i'm only guessing here but i'd anticipate that there might be some requirement to sign a non-disclosure statement before dgiv would allow anyone to view the document. just a hunch.

JJ,they can't release it yet,the contract is with,
Eygpt,and is worth 10.000.000,the people there don't want the new's released yet,do to other contract there looking in to with other
phone company's .
