That what everyone said last time! The only way that a lockup will affect anything is if the insiders do not believe in the company. I seriously doubt that this will happen again. I would think that the fact that only 2.7M shares were sold by insiders during the secondary, and the relative absence of volume or movement upon the first lockup period ending indicates that insiders are planning on a split in January, and a continued runup until this date.

I, for one, will be disappointed if there is not a split in January. Don't worry so much about lockup periods ending unless the company sucks. I don't think many believe that Inktomi sucks.
