Ali,
thanks for Your opinion, actually I was looking for the total number of CPU's produced this quarter and Q4/1997. AMD this quarter is above 5 million units. Last year's quarter was below 2 million. INTC this quarter will be 27 million CPU's total Wonder what INTC booked last year. NSM/CYRIX is the unkown factor to me..

Ali, the K6-3 is everything we hoped it would be and more. If you remember, I posted predictions for Winbench Business 98 on the K6-3-450 (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=6866841) The Anand results indicate that I made conservative assumptions about the effect of L3 cache and other things. Do we know if Anand used 64M or 128M? The results were about half way between my expections for 64M w/Nominal Disk and 128M w/ultra-fast disk.
