Larry,

Which <$100 million cap biotechs would you add/increase in your portfolio?

I've added some NPSP at around these levels. I also own BTRN and SIBI, and smaller amounts of CRGN and OSIP.

Despite my earlier pessimism, I have to say that if it weren't for tax considerations I'd shift some of my portfolio weighting away from the 1st/2nd tier towards selected 3rd tier stocks, with the emphasis on those with at least 2 years of cash on hand.
