One would need to know more detail about it. For example, sometimes options have a deadline in which they must be exercised. This may be the case. Maybe Goldman needed some loose cash for Christmas Presents! Wish I were on his list! I really do not have any comment about H/Q and Tucker A. In looking at the rest of ODIS' insider trades, all looks well except for a director named Arthur Marks who sold the majority of his holdings in Sept.
