I believe Stock Edge Online offers this. Also Quote Express may as well. Both will cost you though.

Re (free) volume and/or price alert services You might want to investigate the tag & bag section of Clearstation ... It reports volume as a percent of average volume as well as percent price changes and price trend changes. clearstation.com They e-mail recommendations of selected traders as well as monitor their results ... You may be able to spot one that trades similar to what you are looking for. Pretty good free site overall. You have to register for some features. John
