Larry- You are forgetting that it's really because he and Hillary personally stole $500 billion from the American people in an S&L fraud, and because they had the FBI place every registered republican under 24 hr/day visual and audio surveillance, and because he and Al Gore raised millions in fundraising cash that they used to pay off their own private teams of burglars and dirty tricksters (oops, that was Nixon), and because Bill personally gunned down his friend Vince Foster in a drug deal gone bad, and because between the transfers of military technology to the Chinese and the reduction of the U.S. military budget to $1.17 (roughly a dollar and change), Bill Clinton has personally reduced the U.S. military to the point where it could not repulse or withstand a military invasion from a country like Honduras. By the way, that's one I especially like: (1) Bill is personally responsible for the "greatest tax increase in the history of mankind" (revenues), (2) Bill is also personally responsible for "slashing" and "gutting" the military budget to the lowest levels in history (spending), but (3) the current balanced budget is all the work and accomplishment of the republican congress. Oh, and let's not forget that Ken Starr has reported that Bill wasn't very helpful to him (Starr) or his "investigation". So don't go trying to let him (Clinton) off to easy! Actually, on a somewhat more serious note, I think it's quite likely that the only thing keeping Bill CLinton in office right now is the hysterical and implacable hatred of his enemies. But don't let that stop you, just go on being you. John
