Thanks for coordinating the interview. A few initial thoughts for questions: 1. Is the business combination still proceeding, or is it going to be scrapped? 2. If continuing what is the status of the shareholders meeting, and the estimated date and place, etc.? 3. What is status of financing package that was being worked on, and is that in jeopardy because of events over past 2 months, including NASDQ listing problems? What are conditions to funding? 4. What cash resources do the companies have to continue operations? 5. What actual operations are Zulu or ESVS engaged in at this point, and what has been monthly revenue for past 3 months? 6. What internet-related operations exist at this time, and if the internet advertising media business has been lost or crippled, what happened to it? Thanks, folks, for taking the time to follow up!
