Of course. I was just asking whether E-wave theory says that a strong move up follows completion of a bear cycle. (Thanks, Frank, for the response.)

I guess that depends on what you mean by "later." 1 year? 5 years? 25 years? Just look at a chart of SLB from mid-1990 to late 1995. More than 5 years with virtually no movement. I'm patient enough to wait a couple years for performance, but I'm not willing to sit on dead money for 5 or 10 years.
