That deal was great for CNSI. Bayer wil pay all research and development costs of GGF2. CNSI gets payments of 26 million plus milestone payments and royalties. Bayer will own the manufacturing and marketing rights to the new drug. For a stock trading at 1 1/4 this is really great news. Research and development cost can grow and wipe out some small companies. Now they have Bayer to foot the bill while they develop the drug and they get plenty of cash to work with. Plus they get royalties down the road from the drug. All I can say is Wow. It's as good as anyone could have hoped for.
