That must explain why they were so upset that we didn't give them forewarning. They couldn't get their technical advisors out of harm's way in time.

But then again, one has to ask why they were there in the first place?

I really do expect that the mid-east will begin to heat up with tensions again. Too many countries, including Russia, depend on oil for revenues and any options to increase its price are likely being considered. And lessening US power over the region is in all of their interests.

Regards,

Ron

CLINTON TO USE ULTIMATE WEAPON OF DESTRUCTION AGAINST SADDAM HUSSEIN

WASHINGTON: The Frumious Bandersnatch has learned from impeachable sources that the newly impeached president Bill Clinton is reportedly close to a decision to unleash the United States' ultimate weapon against Saddam Hussein.

"We have thought long and hard on this drastic measure," said our source in the White House, "but the impeachment vote gave us no choice but to consider deploying our most destructive force against the Iraqi president."

"Virtually simultaneously as we were trying to bomb Iraq into submission and destroy Saddam Hussein," the White House source added, "the Republican majority in the House of Representatives was busy trying to destroy the American president."

It dawned on Clinton, as bomb damage assessments came in, that the House Republicans were doing more damage to his presidency than the Air Force was doing to Iraq's Republican Guard.

"It became clear that the most effective weapon we had to destroy Hussein was the House GOP majority," our White House source noted. "Therefore, all GOP members of the House that voted for Clinton's impeachment are to be drafted and sent to Iraq."

"The principal reason we have not counterattacked against the heinous American aggression against our country," noted Iraq minister Tarik Aziz, "was that the partisan forces in the US House were doing an excellent job of undermining America's power." Iraq had been considering awarding honorary Iraqi citizenship on the House GOP members, before learning that Clinton was about to unleash the Republicans on Baghdad.

When news of the possibility that Clinton was going to drop hundreds of House Republicans on Iraq, the Iraqi government immediately filed a protest at the United Nations claiming the US was about to wage biological warfare.

"Clearly, no civilized limits on warfare would be recognized by these infidels," Aziz added.

>>>Please, no complaints. I don't like Clinton. Just thought this
>>>was funny.
