is a felony crime and it does not matter
what it is about. With your argument,
defense lawyers would be able to stop
examination of witnesses in rape trials
because after all, its only about sex,
right?

Well, for those in the Democrat Party that is....

A very solid percentage of people that remember those times did not feel any good coming from a trial in the Senate. Few see little good coming from this one. Thus the call for resignation.
