A computer cannot be programmed to consider all of the influences and circumstances that would drive a just decision. That doesn't erase the need to have rule by law. Did you know that there was once a bill before congress to do away with the US patent office. It was believed that there was no longer a need for one since every patented idea had already been thought of. I guess since the sponsor of the bill couldn't imagine anything beyond the current moment, he believed nobody else could either.
