You couldn't pull the Hillary commodities payoff deal now. Apparently the arrogant payees decided to have somebody else pay for the losing trades, otherwise there never would have been a complaint filed, and we never would have heard of the deal. After investigating the complaint, the powers that be suspended the broker involved and changed the reporting rules concerning block trades.
