Wld U mind explaining 2 thread how u LEGALLY short a NON-Marginable stock? This ought 2B good! FWIW: as recently as this AM...AMEN was not on the Fed Reserve's List of Marginable stocks, which IS a requirement for shorting you know...

I never wish anyone misfortune. You surely will have your sound reasons for considering this a good short, and you may well be correct. It comes down to a matter of timing. I learned early on that peeing into the wind only gets me wet. IMO there will be some excellent opportunities the next two weeks for you to average up your short. But careful, the float is so small and with the "internet" hysteria, there can be some extreme breakouts as this stock already experienced once. Good luck.
