In the EU, their new TOUGH rules can shut down a web site if the site doesn't comply with the PRIVACY NEW RULES. And those rules are very very tough.

Had what I think is a good idea and I'm gonna share it.
I just got a new credit card with the smallest credit line
they let me have, $200, to use just for net purchases.
I've spent hundreds of dollars making credit card purchases
online and never had a problem but with my new card if I
do ever have a problem it can't be a very big one. It's
also useful for sites that require a credit card for age
verification. With my regular credit card I was leery about
giving my credit info to verify my age, with the low
credit line I can do it comfortably.
Happy Holidays Everyone, from your average Joe.
