On the morning of the meeting, before the news was out, my brother assured me that WCII would be punished in proportion to the bullishness of the news. While the result was not quite as severe as his dismal forecast (he is also long WCII), it turned out closer to his expectations than mine. The fact that we are barely holding even this morning continues to stupefy me, although I am deeply consoled by the analyst remarks posted by the heroic SteveG. In any case, if anyone meditates and is searching for a new mantra for 1999, please consider the following: drive the traffic onto the network drive the traffic onto the network It has a nice rhythm to it.
