Sorry. You are wrong on the law. It is an interstate call and clearly not within the Maryland Statute. JLA

Tripp is a non issue. It is doubtful she'll even be called to testify. And the law in Maryland specifically states that a defendant's prior knowledge of illegality would need to be proved. Forget it. They won't even bring charges. If they do, they'll be subject to a civil action by Tripp, as the Pentagon and WH are now.
