If you go to YaHoo's AMEN profile (http://biz.yahoo.com/p/a/amen.html) they show 22000 shares short as of Nov something (there's probably a hell of a lot more now). The stock is clearly shortable! Why don't you go ask your broker if you could short some AMEN if you wanted to... Pershing (a trading arm of DLJ) has had no problem finding shares for me so far. -- Pete
