The final gate on Series C Reg D is lifted today, ie. $1.1 million became eligible for conversion today. Starting today, there are no more restrictions on Reg D conversions. It remains to be seen how much of this $1.1 million will actually be sold or whether it was already sold/shorted in previous weeks in advance of conversion . As of 12/16/98, there was $2.2 million still to be converted ( not counting short sales in advance of conversion which nobody has a handle on ).
