Mark, we all know Jeff is losing money. I'm convinced he'll do a secondary sometime soon. I can't see him selling his own stock and giving the 'Thing' a personal loan.
This spring would be a perfect time. Hell, all he has to do is tell the Street that its for growth and to pay off the Junk bonds.
The only risk is, he increases his float. I don't think that's a big deal anymore. He's a self made billionaire.
Trust me on that.

You guys don't get stock splits do you? It is the post split trading price range that drives the split multiple decision. If AMZN were to revisit the subject, which they will very shortly if the mania keeps up, they would have split 6 for 1. I would guess they want the initial price in the 30 to 40 range, post split. No one in their wildest dreams thought it would be trading in the 300 buck range pre-split.
