Pretty much all of the analysts have agreed that the attack was another of his Wag the Dog attacks. Iraq was already certified as compliant on nuclear weapons by IAEA. Everyone has already concluded the missile attacks have little impact on other weapons. The attacks conducted were barely 1% of the attacks made during the Gulf War. Since they were mostly cruise missiles which are very small, the damage inflicted will be even less. The inconsistencies between Clinton's claims and the Butler's report writing are well known. Idiot's committed the US to another long-term overseas commitment without having consulted the other nations. Clinton's a sad joke.
