Why are they diversifying out of IBM now, while in 1994 they were concentrating IBM?

...After huge gains it would foolish not too...

So, presumably it would be foolish for you and I not to sell a big chunk our IBM here, as well?

In a survey, CEO's said that is what they worried most about. Too much stock in their company.

This is the BIGGEST mistake most I know here in Silicon Valley make. I have a friend with a wife and two kids that LOST their critical mass and have had to go back to work since the company that bought their startup went bust....and they didn't diversify.

btw, I am starting a discussion on "Critical Mass - How to use and maintain" at suite101.com
