Good Afternoon, Apratim! No sir, there's no serious flaw in your thinking. My preference for the Dell 5/75P is the lower maintenance deposit required if the stock drops seriously. Looks like that's not a large possibility now, so the higher strikes should work fine. I had sold the 5/75Ps x 25 contracts in September, and closed last month with a small profit because they were almost static. Switched to the nearer term contracts as the Time Valu declines more rapidly during the final weeks. Looks like we're back on the Dell Rocket today and I suspect we'll have a super New Year rally so any bullish position with Dell should pay off. Happy Investing, Apratim! Don
