Nathan, it think the price reflects tax loss selling. I was tempted to offset some capital gains with losses from selling TCT. However, I expect the stock price to appreciate smartly once 1999 arrives.
I was surprised at the Small-Cap Canadian Stocks Review's rating of 2 1/2 stars, or just slightly undervalued. I couldn't get in on the IPO, lucky, I guess.
In summary, I expect to buy in the next couple of days..
Regards, Ed

Nathan, I just placed a low ball order at $.53. This is insane. However, I'll sure buy at that price even though I have too many small-caps already.

Nathan, I tried a little bottom fishing at $0.53 and $0.57 but to no avail. I am reluctant to go much higher until TCT gets their financing in place. I understand they will be in tough shape if they don't get the financing completed soon. Apparently they completely equipped the new facility in Prescott before the financing was complete. This has left them in a somewhat untenable situation in the short term.
If I were not confident that they will resolve the financing in the very near future, I wouldn't be buying. I'd be tax loss selling.
