According to Bat's one and only quarterly report they issued 250,000 shares to Kummerow. He sold 250,000 shares one year later according to edgar-online. I've seen no other indications that he has any other interest in the company. Kind of makes you the real liar, doesn't it? Well, since you are so good at it.... According to all the press releases on calstart.org he has no connection with BAT. He doesn't even mention BAT on his website. He does mention a zinc-air powered van that got over 1000 miles on a charge but doesn't mention who built it. Why is he denying any involvement with BAT? Is he ashamed? I think he just has morals and ethics and decided to distance himself from the pulsecharging fraud. I guess we'll just have to ask Joe in February .
