I haven't been hanging out on MB's thread much lately, but the "evil twins" morphing into the Grimy one is kind of a shocker. -g- You got the "da" down pat, now you just need to work on a few more content items like watching Jerry Springer, Soaps, and da babes. Oh, and working on yer tan. -g-

The music will not stop anytime soon. Too much vested interest support to keep it going on for a long time, as in many years. When crappy real estate gets to 200 bucks a square meter in the US then you can start talking tough love. ho ho ho ho .... Real estate requires you to do something about it and, consequently, think. Even if it doesn't have to earn its keep, like most stocks, you have to keep cutting checks for taxes, etc.

MSFT doesn't pay a dividend and never will. When Gates requires shareholders to send the company cash every quarter for the privilege of owning the stock, then your tough love has arrived. ho ho ho ho ho Wait a minute, that is already happening with the incentive stock options and buybacks. ho ho ho ho ho ho -g-
