American Digital Network Awarded $26 Million Federal Contract for Internet, Software and Network Services

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 21, 1998--American Digital Network (ADN), a leading strategic Internet services firm, announced that it has been selected as a prime contractor for an ID/IQ (indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity) contract to provide comprehensive Internet, software and network services to Federal agencies.

Potential service revenue to ADN could exceed $26 million over the base plus six option year term of the contract.

The ID/IQ contract is one of several requirements contracts issued using multiple award task and delivery order guidelines under the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA) to provide a vehicle for streamlined acquisition of information technology and related services for Federal agencies. ADN provides mission critical Internet, software and network solutions to organizations including E-commerce, connectivity, hosting, Web site, intranet and extranet creation and development, network and systems integration, and strategy consulting.
