Transmission mount problems are more evident in the lowest gears because they are the ones making the most torque. I thought so too at first read, but not if the symptom is only happening in high gear.

Perhaps it could even be a motor mount? If it were transmission mounts, upgraded polyurethane components are available from Energy Suspension. Along with their usual assortment of suspension upgrade pieces.
