Thanks for the response Mark as well as Mark Newman and Herbvic. I'm with my family for Christmas and don't have quite the time I normally due but I'm coming up to speed. Once again everything hinges on our qtr estimate. Another good earnings rpt would move Apple into the low 40's but as long as the main stream believes the long term is clouded I suppose the upside is limited. I'm 100% cash so I'm anxious to do something but a bit more study is in order. By the way, it's a shame Eric isn't posting a qtr earnings update on his web page but I certainly understand. Whether you agreed or disagreed it provided a good framework around which to organize your thoughts.

Angola isn't ready to become a trekers destination yet but it was surprisingly ordered compared to what it has been. On the other hand they started fighting again shortly before I left. By the way, harking back to our discussion of TVs in Africa that we had quite some time ago - I didn't see a single one in any of the cinderblock hovels I visited. Maybe it's got to do with the fact the only power is illicit taps off the main power lines. Those 700V line arcing onto the tops of the sheet metal roofs during a rainstorm must be hell on delicate consumer electronics. Rich
