WOLF INDUSTRIES BECOMES INDUSTRY LEADER WITH A NEW DENTAL COLOR ANALYZER

WOLF INDUSTRIES BECOMES INDUSTRY LEADER WITH A NEW DENTAL COLOR
ANALYZER

Software Package

SEATTLE, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Wolf Industries Inc.'s (OTC Bulletin
Board: WLFN) President Patrick McGowan is pleased to announce that the
Dental Color Analyzer Software Program developed by Image F/X Software
Solutions Inc., the leader in Dental Imaging Software, has now been
completed for Beta release.

McGowan says, "The Dental Color Analyzer Software includes an MS
Windows 32 bit image database program which allows images to be
captured by the dentist and saved to the patients individual file
folder. Images can be captured with an infinite variety of input
devices such as intraoral cameras, scanners, 35mm cameras (digital and
film), x-ray systems (digital and film). Each picture is automatically
placed into the patients file folder and may have information such as
date/time captured, source, image label, notes, tooth number etc.,
stored with it. These images can be searched, viewed, printed, or
electronically transmitted at any point."

McGowan continues, "The uniqueness of the software is that it is
directly linked to the Dental Color Analyzer. This now completes the
communication chain. The lab now will have everything they require to
complete a restoration including exact color, the actual images, and
comments and instructions for the case. The user will take the image
of the teeth to be worked on and project it up on the monitor of his PC
in his office. Next the user will touch on the image of the tooth
where the color will be measured. Then when the analyzer is pressed on
the corresponding location of the actual tooth the color read out will
be superimposed onto the image. This can be done several times in
various locations on the tooth for a complete color map. The lab
prescription is then either printed out or e-mailed to the lab with all
of the information they require in an orderly easy to read format.

"The software will also have an optional cosmetic imaging module, as
well as an x-ray module. It is extremely easy to use and will also
operate with all MS Windows practice management systems.

"Presently 60% or over 100,000 dental offices use some sort of an image
capturing device to take pictures of the patients teeth. The pictures
taken with these devices are used to communicate information with the
patient and to the laboratory to assist them in constructing the
restorations. The images allow the lab to see the patients smile, lip
line relationships, tooth shape, irregularities, and texture. The
information is sent to the lab either via print or e-mail. These
actual images coupled with the Dental Color Analyzer color information
allow for a complete communication link between the patient, dentist
and lab technician. This will dramatically increase the success rate
and provide for accurate final results."

Wolf Industries Inc., is a dental technology company with worldwide
manufacturing and marketing rights to the Dental Color Analyzer, a
leading edge technology to the dental industry which utilizes optical
fiber spectroscopy for use in determining accurate, true measurement of
shades and colors of dental materials.

The Dental Color Analzyer has been developed to assist dentists in
determining accurate and true measurement of shade and colors of dental
materials. To date, the dental industry has relied primarily on visual
interpretation of tooth shades for restorative dental work. The Dental
Color Analyzer, for which there is a patent pending, employs optical
fiber spectroscopy to determine the exact shade of the original tooth.
It determines the shades and colors of dental material used in
replacement work in dentistry, and precisely matches these shades to
original teeth.
