I think this is just the beginning.
Notice that Oaktree only bought five percent in GYM. That means they aren't so sure they will be the winning bidder for MSN. They would be acquiring larger positions if they thought they had the deal in the bag. They show hesitation and would have delivered the knock out punch if they were more sure of their ability.
Hold on to your seats, 'cause both of these stocks are going to get looked at now by other companies. Oaktree let the genie out of the bottle! It can only mean higher stock prices for us!!

OK-CAPT.My thoughts are that the poker game may be just starting. This following phrase alone tells me that. " Mr. Jurick referred to Oaktree's offer as "unrealistically low."
Either Jurick blows the whole deal or Oaktree sweetens the offer.
Of course another possibility that I mentioned before is that
another bidder joins the party.All we have to do is sit back
for now and enjoy the party.If it goes bust all that will probably
happen is that we will be back where we started,and have to wait
some more.
