I know Wally. I sometimes lose contact with
reality, and then form observations. Excuse me now. The nurse
has brought in the medication tray and after we indulge, it will be "quiet time" until evening.

Wally:

From what I have seen that happened to companies that were
mentioned on CNBC, I can think of no better place to advertise
than there. I don't know whether they can afford it or not,
but if they mentioned it, there is probably a way they know
how to do it.

Wally - I'll just read my notes and make comments now, make feelings known later:

Meeting exceptionally quiet, except for Mr. Hollis. IMHO, part of the reason for the Shareholders Meeting was to quell Mr. Hollis' assertion that the directors of FNTN were not duly authorized. Well, now they have squashed that problem.

Barry Stein (BS) is no longer a director as of a month ago. He gave a history of the company and mentioned that he dealt with some unscrupulous people from Oct 1996 - Dec 1996 (in FNTN's past), but now they have solid footing.

BS also mentioned that since Broker/Dealers can't recommend BB stocks, we can't get the recognition he would like.

After that it was "Puffy Sales Talk." Others didn't make money but had $2Billion Market Cap.

End of post #1.

Gotta run, will be back very soon.

:)
