Wayne J. That is why we are all best to find OTC BB Stocks that are
reporting now and that way we don't have to worry about the SEC stepping in and delisting these stocks that don't comply with the LAW!
It is my understanding that all stocks had to been fully reporting
with the SEC back in October. So it is only a matter of time not if
but when the SEC will jump in.

So if everyone likes to play with the BB stocks that is fine I do too.
But we need more thread talk on companys that just became reporting.
I feel we would be much safer with a company that is trying to work
within the law.

As far as some of you saying TNRG has seen its lows I don't believe it. Even if they have a reverse split it will come right back down
to where it is. I'm not saying they are planing a reverse but it
would be very very stupid (is the CEO reading I said STUPID)
