Yes and a nice firm it is. Say that confirms what Mr. Woodburn said 23% ownership! cool! Total Stock

held by KAHI of Kaire Int. is from what I found back on July 31,1998 a total of
1,570,000 of there stock.

Kaire Int. had a offer going for there IPO, of 1 million shares to put out in the market at $6.00
at that time there was a total of 5,418,351 shares of Kaire Int. total.....

The buyout would give the company a firm leverage in the total market with there sales force.
Seems like this may bring Kaire Int. into the big game with the new parent in the buyout.
