Just an observation: a few people have jumped on Skeeter saying he's looking to the past - but aren't most of you looking at the past and expecting the same kind of cyclical upswing that the semis are famous for? Isn't that what's propping up the semis - the expectation of history repeating itself? Isn't it possible that the industry has grown and become more mature with the ability to add capacity without overspending and creating once again overcapacity? What if we don't see a huge upturn but a much more gradual one - haven't the semis gotten ahead of themselves here?

You'll notice I have many questions and few answers - sign of an extreme newbie!!
