Wouldn't happen. No one I know on Wall Street agrees with that sentiment.

If Clinton is removed, the market will not tank. It will
be old news, it will all depend on what follows economically.
Clinton as a talking head, has little real effect on economics.

It is policy changes, largely fiscal policy changes, that affect
markets. Even during the Kennedy assassination(s), markets largely
took it all in stride.

Very little historical evidence points to news ( short term ) having
ANY direct predictive effect on market conditions.
