Anyone: I've heard that ATHM is selling a $200 million Convertible tonight through Morgan Stanley. Does anyone know if this is true? How do you think this dilution will affect the stock? I'm told that the common often gets hammered as people sell short as part of an arbitrage?/

I just signed up @home. In Fremont CA, that 39.95 does include cable modem. I paid only $100 for installation. The promotion ends 12/31/98.
