I've started to buy. Not much yet. I still expect some weakness. If I were a portfolio manager, I wouldn't want to show any OS stocks in my portfolio for the end of the quarter (and, if I had held any substantial positions in OS, I'd be raising cash in order to meet the redemptions that will come once my investors see the year-end results).
