FMK, I do not know about you, the "faithfuls, but when the TA and FA do not jive I am out. I took my toe wetting position out on the open today.

I'll watch and see if I can find better convergence between the nice fundamentals and the currently stinking technicals.

Zeev

PS, I see that we just broke the neck at 7.25 and the chart is becoming "ominous".

FMK: Today's filing says they have not yet even begun safety testing of the new line, and samples will not be sent out until after the safety testing is complete.

What FRB says is consistent with what the SEC filing says. Lev has never said during any CC they are sending out production samples.

So we have the investor relations firm and the SEC filings saying one thing and FMK saying another. I know which version I will believe.

FMK, you state "I have believed for some time that high volumes of samples have been shipped from NI to customers. Lev did not deny that during the last CC."

The new S-3 dated 12/21/98 states:
"We [VLNC] have delivered the first automated assembly lines to the Northern Ireland facility.... We expect this line to complete safety testing in the first quarter of calendar 1999 but there is a risk as to the timing or even the success of this safety-testing process. Upon successful safety testing of the lines, we expect to send product samples to potential customers for evaluation.... From our discussions with potential customers, we expect that customers will require an extensive qualification period once the customer receives its first commercial product off a production line. To date, we have not provided any such commercial product to any potential customer, and therefore, have not started any product qualification period."

Obviously, Wall Street read the same S-3 and 8-K that I did. It is clear that VLNC's timetable is much further out than investors thought. Hence today's -30% "correction" while the rest of the market soared. I don't understand your persistent disregard of hard facts, your continued reliance on unsubstantiated speculation (particularly your own), or your tendency to patronize anyone who disagrees with you.
