"Interesting to note QTR held this property prior to Francisco's discovery".

MEXICO

Yecorato 51 project,

An access road was completed by the Government of Mexico for Franciso's El Sauzal discovery and it crosses Queenstakes (60 per cent) and Alamos Minerals (40 per cent) Yecorato 51 claim adjacent to Francisco Gold's El Sauzal gold deposit. QTR held this property prior to Francisco's discovery but had not made the property a priority because of ruff terrain and limited access.

When Francisco made their discovery it caused quite a stir in QTR's share price and with an access road now complete a mapping and sampling of newly exposed bedrock is under way, and dozer-cut trenches are planned prior to a drill decision. Previous work included surface sampling and a resistivity and I.P. geophysical survey. The Central Gold target at Yecorato 51 consists of strong, discrete resistive zones within broader defined conductive halo geophysical anomalies, coincident with gold pathfinder geochemical anomalies, and volatile hydrothermal breccias. These are similar geophysical and geochemical signatures to, and within the same structural zone as, targets drilled in the neighbouring El Sauzal gold deposit owned by Francisco Gold. The property is ready to drill and as soon as submitted budgets are approved by Alamos a program should begin.

Thanks for the info, Ed.

I've never seen it confirmed anywhere but assumed the 1 million options were exercised after hitting the .53 cent, ten day trigger price. If I correctly understand your assessment of recent trading, these newly issued shares have not been sold.

Correct me if I'm wrong but couldn't that be considered a positive. Despite a few days of heavy volume and prices in the high eighties, they chose to hold all, or sold only an insignificant portion of their new shares. Naturally, it could also mean we will hit a temporary glass ceiling sometime in the future when price and volume are revitalized but that ceiling must be well north of where we are now.

Interesting stuff, Ed, and juniorstocks.com is a real gem.
