According to Briefing.com: Cabletron Systems Inc. (CS) 8 15/16 -1/16: designer and developer of computer networking products posts a Q3 loss of $0.12 a share, excluding charges, two cents wider than the First Call estimate, vs year-ago profit of $0.12 a share; sales fell less than 1% to $329.9 mln. Also from Briefing.com: Street was looking for loss of $0.10... Year ago company earned $0.13. Miss or additional negative comments will send laggard (YTD stock off 40%) back to $6 area.
